CAMERAS

I use a combination of two cameras for my photos, depending on the situation and mood I’m in.

My DSLR is a Canon EOS Rebel T3 that I spent years saving up for and finally managed to buy. In all honesty, I still don’t really know what I’m doing. As of right now I shoot most of my staged stills with this camera while in Aperture Priority Mode – because again, I still don’t really know what I’m doing. I’m hoping to get a little more skilled with this camera as time goes on.

My other camera is just my phone. It’s a Samsung Galaxy s7 and has a great camera. I use this for Instagram and for most times when I’m out and about.

I also used to use a little point and shoot camera – an old Canon Powershot A-something or other that was purchased in 2007 – but I’ve stopped using it as the camera technology of my phone has surpassed it.

IMAGE EDITING

I do pretty much all my image editing in Photoshop these days, with the exception of Instagram photos, which go through the Instagram filters, and often the A Color Story app. I would eventually like to switch over to Lightroom when I have the time.
